When Damaged while wearing at least 1 pieces of the regular or Achto Teralith armour, there is a scaling chance per piece worn that all of your defensive abilities will have their cooldowns reset. Both versions have a scaling chance for each piece worn to reset the cooldowns of all Defensive abilities when damaged.
